IncomeShops operates a seven day refund window from the date your store is handed over to you (this date will be shown in your customer dashboard). After seven days, although you may not apply for a refund, you are free to cancel the subscription on your store.
If you are within the refund window and you purchased a custom store, you are entitled to a refund of your monthly subscription. If it was a pre-made site you purchased, you are entitled for a full refund, minus the cost of the domain name (domain names are exempt from cooling off periods under Regulation 131c of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000).
However, if you purchased custom graphical design and/or articles for your website, this is non-refundable as it is bespoke work.
At any time, if you wish to cancel your store with IncomeShops, you will need to contact us via our Support Desk and register a ticket in the "Billing Support" department - your store will NOT be cancelled until you have received a cancellation number from us.
For security reasons, we can accept no other method of communication for cancellations (ie: NOT email and NOT Live Chat), therefore the date of your cancellation request will be noted as the date/time the ticket is received. Due to reasons beyond our control, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next payment date, otherwise your card may still be charged, and you will not be eligible for a refund for the subsequent payment.
